How do I book a service with SugarCane Junkie?
You have 2 options:
1. Complete your booking with full payment via our website.
2. Secure your service date with a 50% deposit via invoice. For an invoice please email with your event details at help@sugarcanejunkie.com.
Is my 50% deposit refundable?
50% deposit is nonrefundable. But due to Covid-19, we will reschedule free of charge within 24 months if necessary.
Is SugarCane Junkie's bar service insured?
Yes. SugarCane Junkie is insured and we will forward the necessary paperwork upon request.
What are SugarCane Junkie's requirements to set-up my party?
10x10 foot flat space, two working power outlets, and running water
Note: Please ensure that these accommodations are met at the time of our arrival to ensure service’s delayed unless otherwise arranged.

Where's the local pickup?
Text 909.833.0655 to see where we are today. If you have already placed an order, please provide the order number via text.
Where do you deliver or ship?
Anywhere within the United States.
Where's my package shipping from?
San Bernardino, California.
How is my beverage packaged?
All beverages are bottled in 16 oz tamper-proof plastic bottles unless otherwise indicated shipped via USPS priority mail.
How long does my beverage last?
In the freezer, beverages can last up to 25 days with original fresh taste and consistency.
SHOULD I PROVIDE MY OWN TENT FOR MY OUTDOOR EVENT?
If the event is being held outdoors, please ensure we have adequate shade for our bar and equipment; as the sun will burn out our equipment. If these accommodations aren’t met, this could delay your service. If we need to bring a tent of our own, an additional $25 fee applies.
